our programs are available in instant download format. Below is a list
of categories. After adding a CD to your cart, simply go back to this
Instant Download menu and continuing adding items to your cart.
*If
you purchase an MP3 download and have trouble playing the file, many of
our files are in .zip format. Rename the file and simply add .zip to
the end of the filename and you should be able to extract the files and
play them without a problem.
**If you have trouble playing on your IPOD, Please follow these instructions:
1. Unzip the compressed files, after downloading them.
2. Import the mp3 file into the iTunes library, DO NOT PERFORM A SYNC
before converting the file.
3. Convert the file to AAC by doing the following:
- Right click on
the imported file and select "convert selection to AAC". This process
will take a couple of minutes and a NEW file will be created by iTunes
and be placed in the library.
- DELETE the original file so that only
the converted file remains
- Proceed with the sync of the newly
created file to the iPod.
Finally, please
understand that you have 24 hours and 4 attempts to get your download
completed before the system locks you out. If that should happen,
kindly send an email to: tech@hyptalk.com with your order# and ask
that your download be Reset or Restored and we'll be happy to reset it
for you.
Also, do be aware of our return policy on MP3s:
Due to the fact
that there is no way for you to "return" an MP3, our refund policy is
slightly different on these programs. We are willing to return 50% of
the funds back to you in whichever manner you paid us. And 50% as a
store credit. This is a one time return policy, meaning you can not
return the item you purchased using the store credit.
Ex. If you buy
a $99 MP3 program and you decide to return it, You will be refunded
$49.50 back to your card, paypal, etc. and $49.50 will be sent as an
email gift certificate for you to use however you wish.
We
do not offer refunds if a customer hasn't given the programs a proper
chance, any MP3 issues that arise usually happen because of a PC
configuration. All MP3's have been tested and are guaranteed to work.
We
only issue refunds for functional products. A refund will not be
considered until you have a successfully downloaded and played the
products you have purchased. We will do everything in our power to make
certain you have a working product. In the rare event you are unable to
play an mp3, it may be necessary to convert an MP3 order to CD
(shipping charges may apply) if you continue to have issues with the
files.
In order to
cover yourself, either purchase CD's or MAKE SURE that you are a good
candidate for hypnosis before placing orders for MP3's.
