We check our email frequently throughout the weekdays, and many times if you email us during business hours, you may hear from us within several hours or even much sooner than that.

Leave a Voice Mail for Slowest Response:

All technical and customer service issues are handled by email. The Voice Mail system is strictly for relaying one-way information to us, for example leaving us your credit card information or testimonials. We likely will only respond to voice mails via email. If you need to call us, please understand that Victoria charges $150.00 for a one-hour consultation by phone and this is the only way to speak with Victoria. So, if you have any questions whatsoever, please send us an email. We are happy to provide unlimited email support for free. Should you STILL decide to use this method of contacting us, you will need to leave us a voicemail. The voice mail needs to include: Your name, telephone number, email address, order number, product you are calling about, and an exact time best to reach you. You are not guaranteed to get a return call. But you will at least hear back by email.

We have come to the conclusion that some of our product names may be blocked by our spam filters and so please refrain from using words that could potentially get blocked.
