Click on "Instant Downloads" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, then choose the product catagory; i.e. "Weight Loss MP3's" or "Sex and Love MP3's," etc. MP3 programs are represented by this image below:

Simply Click "Add to Cart" and either "Continue Shopping" or "Check out" at which time you will be guided through the easy checkout process.

MP3's are Downloadable files. Nothing physical is sent out in the mail to you. They are downloaded directly onto your computer. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have a BROADBAND connection if you are planning to purchase your products in MP3 format. It's also HIGHLY recommended that you make a back up copy on CD for yourself in case you misplace the files on your computer.

Any order that provides an e-mail address that bounces back will be contacted by phone. If contact cannot be made, then the order will be voided and refunded within 24 hours. Please use only valid e-mail addresses for your own security when ordering both MP3's and CD's.

The moment you are finished checking out, you will see a link to a page where you can download all the files you ordered. In some cases you can just click the link and begin downloading. In other cases, it will just begin playing. If for some reason you do not begin an actual download after clicking on the file, then right click and "save as." MAKE SURE YOU MAKE NOTE OF THE FILE NAME AND LOCATION IT'S BEING STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER. We have no way of knowing where you download things on your computer. Additionally, you will be sent a back up email with a link to that same page.

Return Policy on MP3's
Due to the fact that there is no way for you to "return" an MP3, our refund policy is slightly different on these programs. We are willing to return 50% of the funds back to you in whichever manner you paid us. And 50% as a store credit. This is a one time return policy, meaning you can not return the item you purchased using the store credit.

Ex. If you buy a $99 MP3 program and you decide to return it, You will be refunded $49.50 back to your card, paypal, etc. and $49.50 will be sent as an email gift certificate for you to use however you wish.

We do not offer refunds if a customer hasn't given the programs a proper chance, any MP3 issues that arise usually happen because of a PC configuration. All MP3's have been tested and are guaranteed to work.

We only issue refunds for functional products. A refund will not be considered until you have a successfully downloaded and played the products you have purchased. We will do everything in our power to make certain you have a working product. In the rare event you are unable to play an mp3, it may be necessary to convert an MP3 order to CD (shipping charges may apply) if you continue to have issues with the files.

In order to cover yourself, either purchase CD's or MAKE SURE that you are a good candidate for hypnosis before placing orders for MP3's. We have a completely free sample available for you to experiment with, as well as some suggestibility tests, and many samples of our programs available so you can make an informed decision about buying our programs before purchasing downloadable files.

To Place Orders for Hypnosis Scripts:
Click on "Hypnosis Scripts" on the menu on the left-side of the store. You will have a selection of several Hypnosis Script Books to choose from. These items, because of the copyright nature, similar to when you buy a book or a music CD at a store are completely NON-refundable.

To Place Orders for Hypnosis CD's:
Click on the Catagory of CD's you wish you browse through, then click "Add to Cart" on the CD you wish to buy. Continue doing this until you have selected all the CD's you would like. Then proceed to check out and follow the directions from there. CD's are represented by the actual image of the CD (s) you will be getting, for example:

Redemption Points:
Most of our programs have a redemption point value and an amount of redemption points needed to buy. You get at least 1 redemption point for every product and the minimum amount of redemption points to qualify for a free CD is 10. You will see the # of redemption points you have accumulated after you have checked out. Your redemption points will accumulate over time, so long as you use the same login each time you come back to the store.

Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We will accept CASH as well, but please understand that while we have had no problems with this, you assume the risk for sending cash and we do not recommend that you do.

Manual Credit Card Processing:
If you feel uncomfortable for whatever reason to type in your credit card information, there is a check out option for you to let us know that you are calling in, faxing in, or mailing in your credit card #. You will receive all the information you need to complete the check out process when it is completed.

International Customers Sending Checks:
if you do not have a paypal account or a credit card that we accept and need to send in your payment, PLEASE send us a money order or a cashiers check in US Dollars. Your bank can easily arrange this. Please do NOT send a regular bank check. Our system will tell you the amount of money to send in US Dollars as well as translate the total in your currency.

Orders received Monday - Friday before 5:00 p.m. P.S.T.are shipped out that day.
