Script 1 - The Dream of a Long Life
This is a journey sets the wheels in motion by taking you way into your future when you are celebrating the long life you have lived so far. You will recall some of the most special times in your life that by then you have accomplished and be able to utilize that wisdom as your younger self to help you to discover the true value of living longer. Creating a life purpose and setting goals to achieve will get your mind and your body focused on living and creating the physical resources needed in order to accomplish these worthy tasks that you set out to accomplish during this session.
Script 2 - Mindfulness Meditation
Your body needs time for repair, reflection, and rejuvenation. It does this at night when you are sleeping. However, you also need to take time to be awake, aware, and restful. That is one of the reasons why meditation is incorporated into so many plans for wellness. This is a very simple meditation that is geared toward having you clear your active thoughts and just become aware and observant. I will guide you to focus your attention on various easy things to think about, such as your breathing for a time, then to a mantra, which you create. Suggestions are given throughout this process to have your body respond by reversing your biological age.
Script 3 - Strengthening Your Immune System
Of course, at the heart of a long life is your immune system. If you have a strong one, your body will be able to fight off free-radicals, prevent heart-disease, and keep your body strong, healthy, young, and vibrant. In this session you will travel inside your body and create little helpers for your white blood cells. These little guys will take a journey throughout your blood stream, and work thoroughly into every bodily process. With its glowing beam of light it will seek out and zap all the invaders it finds, leaving behind a burst of golden white light that heals and keeps them away for a long time.
Script 4 - Youthful Body
This is a very fun journey onto an island where you will discover the fountain of youth. This journey is like mind-candy. Your imagination will be so enchanted with the wonderful discoveries you will find as you create a state of renewal in your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Your cells become charged with a high energy vibration. You begin to feel new sensations in your body, helping your body to turn back the hands of time. Enhanced with powerful affirmations, the youth process begins right here in this session as you regenerate your cells in your mind and your body
Script 5 - Think Younger
This is one of the most demanding, yet most necessary of all these hypnosis sessions. Without question, if you have an old mind and old thinking habits, the results will be an old body. Conversely, as you allow your mind to think like a younger person thinks, you are ultimately going to decrease your age in biological years. In ?think younger? you learn to become creative, spontaneous, loose, happy, and free. You let your mind be more childlike and adventurous. You open to a new capacity to learn and be positive, excited, and enthusiastic. As your mind takes on these characteristics, your body follows by transforming into a younger feeling and looking body.
Script 6 - Self-Love
Love is the most healing force you can reckon with. As you allow more love into your life, your body responds by becoming ageless, timeless, beautiful and complete. During this session, you will be encouraged on some ways that will help you to feel more and more love for yourself and to be more loving toward your body. The more you can project love into your body and into each cell the more easily your body will have a chance to heal. The better you feel emotionally, the better your body will feel physically. You will be guided toward letting the love inside you grow and to make daily choices that benefit you by growing younger.
Script 7 - Face Lift
Overcome the affects of aging. Lose the wrinkles and even scars or blemishes. Go back in time to capture the youthfulness of your skin and take 10 - 20 or more years off your face. Everything in your body wants to correct itself and work in harmony. Your body will make any repairs needed to cause you to have beautiful young looking skin. Your skin will tighten up and be able to receive all the moisture that it needs to stay soft, supple, and smooth, and free of any imperfections. Even your teeth and your eyes will benefit from working with this process.
Script 8 - Energize Your Body
Get back in touch with the pure inherent energy that you were born with. You will spend time focusing on the energy in your body and feeling what it is like to be a completely energetic, healthy person, who is physically fit, youthful, and vibrant. Capture the energetic nature of the child you were that used to run around and play for hours at a time. Take control of your body. Cause your mind to change into one that lives so freely, and is able to be so productive. You will be able to wake up easier and have the energy and freedom to do whatever your mind thinks it wants to do.
