Then head to the link below called: "Create Your Custom CD" and fill in the information on the form. The more complete you fill it out, the more complete your program will be.
Victoria will receive an email of your answers and begin composing a script for you based on your answers. The approximate completion time is 2-4 weeks depending on other CD's being worked on at the same time. You will be notified by e-mail that your CD is ready and is being shipped out to you.
