The first time that I listened to the hypnosis to help let go was very powerful. I was abused and raped as a child, I have had a long depression which has got better with loads of therapy. These last years I have been struggling with a lot of rheumatic pains (I am young, 36 years old). I didn’t know consciously what I was really looking for in these self hypnosis sessions but when I listened to the hypnosis to help let go it was like I have always longed and craved for this session. I deeply sobbed thought the session and just after I felt these intense waves of relief flowing through my body. Relief, I was looking for that word for a long time without realizing it. Afterwards, I went on a bicycle ride and stopped and lay down in a meadow and I felt this immense sensation of gratitude for being alive and connection with life. That has not always been the case in my life. My tendonitis in my left elbow felt better and now a month latter it is nearly healed. Since I have had these waves of relief come over me regularly. I am feeling acceptance of my past and feeling profound reconciliation with myself. I am also really confident about my future and I am moving on…
