Takes you into a future moment when you have achieved a goal. You will capture all the motivation and energy and intelligence needed to complete that goal, bringing it back with you into the present moment where you will decide upon your next step to take.
Parts Therapy
You will get in touch with the part of you who likes to procrastinate or is sometimes lazy, preventing you from having the needed motivation to complete your goal. You will find out why the part holds you back, renegotiate a new motivated behavior with your part.
