If you orginally buy a downloadable product, and you are not able to get it downloaded right away or you can't get it to play, sometimes the best thing to do is to let us send you a physical copy. In that case, we will modify the order for you,which should generate a shipping request to pay. If that doesn't happen, we have created this free product. This product is absolutely Free. You get nothing for it either. But, it is a way to enable us to provide you with shipping options so that you can pay for shipping.
If you have ordered ONE product from us that we need to ship, simply add ONE of these to your shopping cart, select the shipping you would like, and go thru checkout.
If you have ordered MULTIPLE products from us, then add that number of THIS product to your shopping cart so the proper amount of shipping can be charged to your chard card or paypal account.
Use this only in the case that you have not been able to pay for shipping in the case of an order modification to your account.
This product is to be used only in conjunction with an order you have previously placed with us, that has been modified to add shipping. Please reference your order # in the comments area if you have it available. If you do not know your order #, please reference the product you had bought.
Once we have collected the funds, we will cancel this order, and mark your other order, which would include the shipping amount, as paid in full so everyones records are accurate.
